Mississippi Logos - Eligibility Criteria

Sows, raises, or cultivates an agricultural product
Markets the product and/or conducts tours of the grounds or facilities
Is located within 15 miles of an eligible rural highway
Is located with driveway access to an eligible rural highway or intersecting crossroad
Is visible, or has on-premise signing visible from the businesses’ driveway access or eligible rural highway or crossroad without additional trailblazing required
Complies with all applicable laws concerning the provisions of public accommodations without regard to race, religion, color, sex, or national origin
Has hours of operations posted on or near the main entrance so that they are visible to the public during open and closed hours
Provides modern restroom facilities and drinking water
Provides adequate parking accommodations

The facility must be registered with or approved by the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce.
